Approach

The reverse of forward deployment

A forward deployed engineer adapts a product to a clinical setting after it is built. ISBMetrics places the clinician in the technology team before the build. The order matters: specification first, method second.

Most UK quantum-health work is at the use-case stage, where problem specification carries more risk than algorithm performance.
